Unidirectional (UD) Carbon Fiber Fabric
Our UD unidirectional carbon fiber fabric arranges carbon filaments in one direction for outstanding tensile strength and low weight. Multiple specs are in stock, customized width and weight are acceptable for your composite projects.
Our unidirectional UD carbon fiber fabric, also called unidirectional carbon weftless cloth, is a premium reinforcement material for advanced composite materials. All continuous carbon filaments are neatly aligned along one single direction and fixed with thin binding threads. Different from plain woven carbon fabric, this unidirectional structure gathers most tensile strength along the fiber direction, achieving superior directional stiffness and load capacity. It features ultra-light weight, outstanding tensile performance, chemical inertness and long service life. We offer dry UD carbon fabric as regular stock, and prepreg UD carbon fiber is available on demand.
